UTC is ideal for me because ................ The equipment is like nothing ive used before, its great for getting me fitter, stronger and healthier, I am a typical office worker who enjoys playing Football and keeping fit, I have never felt in better shape. I love watching MMA but have never felt comfortable in the thought of training MMA, UTC have been excellent in giving people like me the chance to pick up new skills and techniques, I thoroughly enjoy the classes and will be doing my best to get better at a sport I thought I would never have the confidence to try... This place is off the hook for all types of training!! I've trainind in alot of gyms over the yrs but nothing can come close to the kit and advice this place has!! I've been doing alot of grappling since becoming a member 4 months ago a have already made a top 3 position in my first comp!
