Once weighed in and appropriate forms signed, you may then find a suitable spot to await the start of the competition. Start times for each individual categories will be advised at approx 08.30am, once each weight category competition begins we will try and give competitors 10mins notice via a p.a. announcement that they are soon going to be fighting. We advise that once a specific weight category starts that competitors should ideally be warming up in anticipation of an early stoppage of any particular bout. It is essential that we keep the competition running quickly and efficientley in order to finish in the time allocated, making sure you are ready and prepared for your fight when called is essential for this to happen. Any competitors that are not fight ready after the third and final p.a. call will be disqualified from the competition. If any competitor should win a bout but sustain an injury and feels that they cannot continue, please advice a staff member as this would help us work out an alternative fighter for the next round.
